UK delivery.
For orders up to £49.99 = £3.50 2nd class, £4.50 first class. (except for SwatchTab, thread cards and small kits: £1.50 2nd class and £1.95 First Class)
For orders over £50 delivery to the UK is free. Please use coupon code FREEPOSTUK to remove the £3.50 postage charge. Our checkout will currently only accept one coupon code at a time. If you are already using a coupon code for a discount, you will not be able to apply the free postage code. In this case, please use the coupon code that is the most advantageous for you.
All orders will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd class or 1st class.
Most of the time, the yarns you see on the website will be in stock. However, we may occasionally need to dye to order. We will aim to send out all orders within a week of receiving them.
International shipping
Europe: We will deliver to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.
All parcels below 2kg will be sent Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed or Standard Airmail and will be charged by weight as follows:
0 - 100g = £3.50 standard
101g - 1kg = £9.50 standard/£12.50 tracked
1.001 - 2kg = £13 standard/£15 tracked
Orders over 2kg will need to be sent by international carrier (eg UPS, DPD, Parcel Force) at our discretion.
Orders from 2kg - 15kg = £25
Royal Mail Standard Airmail/International Tracked and Signed usually takes around a week.
International carriers take 3-5 days depending on destination.
USA/Canada
All orders will be sent by Royal Mail International Standard or Tracked. (delivery time 5-10 working days)
Shipping will be charged according to weight. We are really sorry that during Covid shipping prices to the US jumped massively. We were hoping they would come down again but they haven't yet.
0 - 100g = £5.00 standard/£10 tracked
101g - 250g = £11.00 standard/£14.00 tracked
251g - 500g = £16.50 standard/£18.00 tracked
501g - 750g = £19 standard/£20 tracked
751g -1kg = £23.00 standard/£24.50 tracked
1.001kg - 1.25kg = £26.50 standard/£28 tracked
1.251kg - 2kg = £30 tracked only. (standard is more expensive ???)

Payment information.
We accept payments through Paypal. You can pay by debit or credit card without having a Paypal account. Just proceed to checkout and click on the option you prefer. All payments made on our website are processed through Paypal's secure server for your protection. Our system does not store your credit card information and we do not have access to your payment information.

VAT
We are currently not VAT registered.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, except for slight colour variations, you may return the yarn within 14 days in its original, unused condition for an exchange or refund. Shipping costs to return merchandise is the responsibility of the buyer and we will not refund the original shipping costs you were charged to send it out to you. We do not accept returns on yarn that has been wound into a ball and/or knit with. Returns must include a copy of our packing slip/invoice. If a product is defective, it will be exchanged for a new product at no additional charge. Please let us know beforehand if you have a problem while working with our yarn and we will do our best to resolve any issues. Refund / exchange is not guaranteed and is subject to our review of the returned product.
