Easy Linen Back Scrubber
Easy pattern featuring garter stitch and eyelets. Matches the Easy Linen Eyelet Spa Mitt.
The finished length is around 88cm but it can be shortened or lengthened as required by missing out or adding pattern repeats. There is a thumb hole at each end.
It takes 130 - 150m of yarn and uses 3.75mm needles. We recommend linen DK/sportweight linen yarn (shown here in Sunset) because it has natural properties suited to making items such as spa cloths, spa mitts etc. Linen is much stronger than cotton, especially when wet, and it is hypo-allergenic, anti-bacterial and naturally exfoliating. These are just a few of the qualities of this truly eco-friendly yarn.
For a more natural, rustic look, you could knit it with natural, undyed linen yarn, which also has a rougher feel to it, for a really good scrub!
